No. Since our products are made-to-order and personalized (like engraved 925 silver rings), they are strictly non-refundable.
In rare cases of damage during transit or receiving the wrong item, we offer replacement only, not refunds.
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Custom rings are handcrafted and delivered within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Send an unboxing video and clear images within 24 hours of delivery to claim a replacement.
In case of a valid replacement request, we arrange reverse pickup or ask you to ship back, depending on location.
